How I Work?
2. Making It Official
I’ll send you the contract via email, and once your questions are answered, you can proceed with a 30% deposit for the service you choose.
3. Capturing Moments
We’ll carry out your pre-wedding session.
4. Final Details Review
One month before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to go over the final details of your timeline. We’ll review your moodboard to understand which photos are essential for you, how we’ll approach family portraits, and consider recommendations for key moments.
5. The Big Day
On your wedding day, my goal is for you to focus solely on enjoying every moment. I’ll take care of capturing all the details so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Don’t forget to have all your items ready—rings, bouquet, and accessories—for detail shots.

6. Final Delivery
Your material will be ready within 3 months after your wedding day.

Do you travel anywhere in the country?
Yes, I do. I first need to check availability. My pricing already includes travel and accommodation for destination weddings.
Please note that for destination weddings, I need to arrive one day in advance. That’s why it’s important to share your venue details and date so I can plan transportation and secure accommodation as close as possible to the event location.
What does photo editing include?
Editing for sessions and wedding coverage includes adjustments to light, contrast, exposure, and color correction. Candia Daniela Photography does not offer advanced retouching such as body modifications, skin retouching, complex element removal, or Photoshop manipulation.
Does my online gallery expire?
Both your pre-wedding session and event coverage will be available online for 3 months. You’ll receive an email notification before the expiration date.
Is the video call necessary?
It’s not mandatory, but it is recommended. I believe it’s important to connect face-to-face with people and brands to create a better experience. This way, you’ll know exactly who will be there on your wedding day.
Why do you need the date and reception address?
The date helps me check availability. The reception address allows me to plan logistics and review the location beforehand to better understand how to use the space on your wedding day.
How do coverage hours work?
Coverage hours begin from the documentation of the getting ready. Keep this in mind to plan your preparation time within the coverage you choose.
How long will it take to receive my session photos?
Your photos will be ready 15 days after your session. If you booked video services, delivery will be within 2 months. Please consider this timeline when planning ahead.
What’s next?
If you’ve liked what you’ve seen and would like to get to know me, I invite you to schedule a short video call. This way, you can decide if I’m the right person for you and if you’d like to move forward. It will be a pleasure to guide you through this process.

How long will it take to receive my wedding photos?
Within three months after your event.
Who will cover my event?
My brand and contract carry my name, which means I will personally be there on your wedding day. If you choose to include a second photographer and/or videographer, I will select the best professionals for your event. However, all material will be personally processed by me.
When should the remaining balance be paid?
One week before your wedding. This is important to cover travel expenses, transportation, collaborators, or assistants as needed. For destination weddings, the balance must be paid one month prior to your event.

Is a pre-wedding photo session necessary?
No, not at all. The wedding coverage packages I offer include a complimentary pre-wedding session. I include it at no extra cost so we can meet in person beforehand, but it’s completely optional.
